Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders over US$150 after discounts have been applied. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of US$7.90.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the final order value after discounts, where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
If you do not receive tracking information within a few days after your order has been shipped, please contact us at care@veoras.com.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods.
We recommend placing your order in advance if needed for a specific event or occasion.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays arise during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at care@veoras.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. Our team will assist you in reviewing the issue with the carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, VEORAS is unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
VEORAS is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
